Ginger
is such an underestimated powerhouse. It’s got to be cooked, and then it’s got
to be used so, so, so sparingly, or it hits you like a truck. Not a beer truck,
either, but like, a truck full of gravel and bark chips. You just can’t recover
from that sort of thing. WB kitchen does a really good job of respecting the
awesome hurricane of power that ginger can bring to a treat. You can definitely
taste that it’s there, but the peanut-flavor is strong enough to make a good
show at the cage fight. It’s still a little bit strong for my liking, but to
anyone who really loves ginger as a spice, this bar is definitely for you.
Tastes like: Sweet peanuttyness, then HELLO,
